The North Dakota State College of Science (NDSCS) Alumni Foundation invites you to join us in celebrating Giving Hearts Day on February 8th, 2024.
Giving Hearts Day arose in 2008 as a simple but unique fundraising concept: Around Valentine’s Day, ask people to show affection to not only people they love but charities, too. In the decade-plus since, the event has gone on to become one of the longest-running and most successful giving days in the country, providing a platform for North Dakota and northwest Minnesota charities to raise nearly $165 million. At NDSCS, we have witnessed firsthand how your support has transformed the lives of our students, creating a solid present and a promising future for them.
By donating to the NDSCS Nursing Project you will be helping ALL students reach their educational goals, and strengthen and grow our already fantastic Nursing Program. The demand is high for qualified RN's, CNA's and LPN's. Now more than ever we need to provide and encourage more people to attend NDSCS, receive their nursing degree in 1-3 years and enter the workforce. We hear over and over from our affiliates about the quality education we provide to our Nursing students. Please consider helping meet the need to expand this program.
Here's how you can get ready to make a difference:
- Mark your calendar. Giving Hearts Day is February 8th, 2024.
- Give. Early Giving is now open! And on Febuary 8th, The NDSCS Alumni Foundation will be at the Hughes Shelter in Chahinkapa Park. Please stop by to say hi and learn what your donation can do. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact.
- Spread the word! Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to join you.
Your gift is a testament to your appreciation for the friendships, mentorships, and knowledge you gained at NDSCS, and for that, we sincerely Thank You.
