NDSCS and NDSCS Alumni Foundation move forward with Homecoming 2020
The community is invited to join North Dakota State College of Science and the NDSCS Alumni Foundation as they celebrate Homecoming September 25-26, 2020 in Wahpeton, N.D. Several schedule adjustments are being made due to the impacts of COVID-19; however, a full line-up of events is still planned. The schedule of events is available and will continue to be updated online at ndscsalumni.com/homecoming.
NDSCS 2020 Football Season Cancelled
The North Dakota State College of Science 2020 football season has been cancelled, as the College’s football conference, the Minnesota College Athletic Conference (MCAC), announced today that it will limit its fall sports to those that have been identified as low-risk as it relates to COVID-19.

NDSCS Alumni Foundation DREAMS Auction to be held online
Gene Haas Foundation awards grant to support NDSCS Precision Machining Technology department
The Gene Haas Foundation has awarded a $35,000 grant to support the Precision Machining Technology department at North Dakota State College of Science. The funds will be used to award scholarships to current and future NDSCS Precision Machining Technology students. Representatives from Productivity, Inc. visited NDSCS to present the check on behalf of the Gene Haas Foundation.
This year’s grant follows a $30,000 grant from the Gene Haas Foundation in the fall of 2018. That grant resulted in scholarships for 16 Precision Machining Technology students.
NDSCS Alumni Foundation hosts Scholarship Luncheon
The NDSCS Alumni Foundation hosted a Scholarship Luncheon on January 29, 2020. Nearly 100 scholarship donors and recipients attended the event.

25th Annual DREAMS Auction April 3, 2020
The 25th Annual NDSCS Foundation DREAMS Auction event is set for Friday, April 3, 2020. Individuals can purchase tickets or reserve a table with family and friends. An auction ticket includes valet parking courtesy of the Diesel Technology students, a delicious strolling buffet prepared by the Culinary Arts students, games of chance and a complimentary photo booth. The event features a nice selection of silent, premier and live auction items, a great social atmosphere and student-lead hospitality.
NDSCS Announces Homecoming Schedule Updates
Friday, October 11 update:
The NDSCS Homecoming Football game on Saturday, October 12, is now scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. The game had originally been scheduled to begin at 1:30. The NDSCS Letterwinners Hall of Fame Social and Banquet that were scheduled for the evening of Saturday, October 12 have been cancelled.

The community is invited to join North Dakota State College of Science as the College celebrates Homecoming during the week of October 7-12, 2019 in Wahpeton, N.D. The Wildcat Fangs 5K will be held Monday, October 7, with check-in at 4:30 p.m. and the race beginning at 5:30 p.m. Additional information and registration is available online at ndscsalumni.com/homecoming.
