NDSCS Facilitates Student Sponsorships

NDSCS graduates are in high demand – a fact that was reinforced through the College’s most recent Graduate Placement Report, which identified that the College’s placement rate has risen to 99%. Often, those graduates were hired prior to graduation, and may have had their education sponsored by their employer. Seeking to fill workforce needs, and to encourage employees to return to their hometowns, many businesses and local economic development organizations have turned to student sponsorship programs.

The NDSCS Alumni Foundation has received a donation of $30,000 from the Shorma Family to support the NDSCS Athletics Department. The free weight gym in the Clair T. Blikre Activities Center has been renamed the Shorma Family Gym in recognition of this donation.

NDSCS to celebrate Homecoming September 24-29, 2018

The community is invited to join North Dakota State College of Science as the College celebrates Homecoming during the week of September 24-29, 2018 in Wahpeton, N.D. NDSCS Alumni Foundation to host Fargo Theatre Movie Night Event

The North Dakota State College of Science Alumni/Foundation is excited to connect with alumni and friends in the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo area on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at the Fargo Theatre in downtown Fargo, N.D. from 6:30 – 10:00 p.m.

Attendees can enjoy a downtown Fargo outing and find out what is new at NDSCS. The pre-movie social will begin at 6:30 p.m., and the movie Last Vegas, will start at 7:45 p.m.
